Before starting at Mullis & Peake Evelyn has always had an interest in law and helping others. She had previously volunteered for a legal advice centre and raised money for charities during her time in education. Being an apprentice, she gets to continue to learn as well as gaining valuable work experience and is currently training towards being a Paralegal.
Outside of work
Evelyn enjoys traveling and trying different cultural cuisines, as well as spending time with family and friends.
