Wills & Probate Team shortlisted for two awards
Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors is delighted that our Wills & Probate team has been shortlisted for two LawNet awards 2023.
The team has been shortlisted for Team of the Year (individual law) and Hazara Patel has been shortlisted as a finalist for The LawNet Awards 2023 for the award of Rising Star – under 35 years.
This is the third award our Wills & Probate department has been nominated for this year; they were nominated for Best Probate Law Firm (medium firm) at the UK Probate Research Awards 2023 and the head of the team, Manzurul Islam, was a finalist for Lawyer of the Year – Wills & Probate at the Modern Law Awards 2023.
Hazara has proven herself to be an excellent lawyer operating to a consistently high standard within our Wills and probate team. She has sought to stand out by undertaking the grueling STEP qualification (the industry standard for trust and estate practitioners) which she passed with the highest grade of distinction.
Manzurul Islam, Head of Wills and probate at Mullis & Peake, said:
“Despite being a relatively young team, they have a strong reputation for practical, quality advice and excellent service. The team has grown in size by over 30% in three years and has an enviable reputation as one of the best Wills and Probate departments in Havering, Romford, Brentwood and Upminster based on independent feedback thought leading review site Review Solicitors.
“Hazara stands out as an exceptional team member, setting standards for customer service through client feedback. Hazara is one of the best performing lawyers in the firm. She chairs the staff forum chair and has recently earned a well-deserved promotion. She really is a manager in the making.
“Being nominated for more awards is just recognition for the team’s hard work and excellent customer care. Hopefully we can bring the award back to Essex!”
